Stellar Silent Auction--Donations Needed!

Did you know RISE: Healthy for Life has a new home? It’s true! We now have an office at 2700 S Roan St #300B in Johnson City, TN. You can read more about it here.

A new home means an open house, and you can be part of it!

We are having a silent auction at our Stellar Celebration on May 20 (4-9 p.m.). So far we have some lovely offerings, including a gift basket from the Philosopher’s House, handcrafted soap, a massage from the talented Allison Mullins, and local honey from very happy bees.

Do you create art? Cook or bake? Pet sit or garden? Are you a handyperson? Do you own a local business? Please consider a donation of goods or services for the auction.

Please fill out this form if you would like to donate an item or service to support the education and programming RISE and its dedicated staff and volunteers do. If you want to make sure you get an invitation, please send your contact information to SarahW@riseHFL.org!

RISE transforms culture around bodies and beings from fear-based to fact-based, oppression to affirmation. We champion responsible, inclusive, trauma-responsive wellness education and care.

To get you in a celebratory mood, read more about what RISE does here in our community:

  • RISE offers responsible, inclusive sexuality education in Northeast Tennessee. We work to change culture by educating and empowering youth as young as kindergarten through older adults, including empowering guardians to be their kids’ primary sexuality educators. Check out our classes and events!

  • Truly comprehensive sex ed (CSE) leads to healthier, more respectful relationships, self-confidence, and more responsible decision-making. Read more here!

  • We provide period products, barrier-method contraception, and information at events around the Tri-Cities, including Health on Wheels, which brings these products to high-school youth where they are–outside their schools.

  • Our community outreach includes Teens RISE, where local teens learn accurate, inclusive information about bodies, relationships, identities, and resources! They learn, advocate, and educate.
