A Community Thrives Event
We need you!
RISE: Healthy for Life is seeking to raise $5,000 or more during “A Community Thrives,” a fundraising event sponsored by the Gannett Foundation. The event runs from Noon July 19 to Noon August 13, 2021.
If we raise at least $3,000 we will be eligible to compete for national project grants and local operating grants from the Gannett Foundation.
What is it?
A Community Thrives is a nationwide grantmaking and crowdfunding initiative that supports nonprofit organizations building community.
How does it work for donors?
It could hardley be easier! All you have to do is:

After July 19 at noon and before August 13 at noon, click “donate” and enter the amount that works for you.
Please share widely on social media, and personally encourage friends who would support this to donate as well. We will have some shareable information on our Instagram (@riseHFL) and Facebook (@RISE:HealthyforLife) pages.

RISE: Healthy for Life is a leader in upper East Tennessee in promoting trauma-informed approaches to care and education and promoting responsible, inclusive sexuality education.
