Women's Day on the Hill

Cindi Huss, Annie Porche, and Jessie Birkeland joined myriad others in Nashville on Tuesday, Feb. 26, to advocate for reproductive justice and access to affordable healthcare and contraception.

There definitely were highs and lows during the day, and people who were more receptive, or less. But the thing we came away with was the importance of reminding our legislators of the real people who are their constituents—and reminding us that they are just people, too.
