Ten sessions invite parents and caregivers to explore their role as the primary sexuality educators of their elementary through teenage children.
The information and attitudes adults share with their children—intentionally or by default—carry extraordinary power. It is a power that many adults struggle to wield effectively and confidently. Often, their own experiences, perspectives, and worries get in the way. These sessions invite parents and caregivers to find support and courage with one another.

Tuition
It is important to us that these classes are accessible to everyone, so we have a tiered pricing structure. If you cannot pay for these classes at all, please sign up anyhow--there will be no difference in the experience you have.
If you can support our work by contributing toward the class, we offer three other tiers of payment.
Tier 1: $35 covers some of the cost of the classes.
Tier 2: $80 covers a little more than half the cost of the classes.
Tier 3: $150 covers the entire cost of the classes.
If you wonder whether this class will be worth what you pay, just pay what you feel comfortable with--you can always make a further donation later if you want to.
If you would like to pay it forward so RISE can continue to offer classes to everyone, you can also make a donation to RISE: Healthy for Life.
Please contact us at info@riseHFL.org or 423-250-3046 with any questions.
This program is funded in part by a grant from the Fund for Unitarian Universalist Social Responsibility.
