Assertiveness Training for Changemakers--Youth

Assertiveness can help people express themselves effectively and stand up for their point of view—while also respecting the rights and beliefs of others. Being assertive can also help boost one’s self-esteem and earn others’ respect.
— Bonnie Sepora

Bonnie Sepora, founder and executive director of Friends of Diversity, will share their insights during a free workshop via Zoom on how assertiveness helps changemakers control stress and anger and improve coping skills in order to more effectively serve their communities and constituents.

This workshop is FREE and especially geared for youth 12-19 who are working for positive change and adults who facilitate groups of youth.
