Kids in 4th through 6th grade can join trained facilitators to learn about healthy changing bodies, healthy relationships of all kinds (family, friends, peers, teachers, church, etc.), and family and sexual diversity.

We use the Our Whole Lives (OWL) lifespan sexuality curricula, which is is used across the country in private and public schools, after-school programs, and churches. All OWL facilitators go through intensive training for each level they teach and have been certified by their trainers.

RISE classes and OWL curricula are trauama informed and age appropriate. We recognize that people make different decisions based on faith, cultural expectations, life experiences, and personal ethics, and we emphasizes respect, inclusion, and justice.

Guardians are their kids’ most important sexuality educators and we support them by sharing information in a private Facebook group and offering opportunities for them to ask facilitators questions and seek advice from each other.
